Voxtext は、読み込んだ音声・動画、文字起こし結果、話者情報、翻訳、要約を すべて端末内で処理します。当社サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
Voxtext processes the audio/video you import, the resulting transcript, speaker data, translations, and summaries entirely on your device. None of it is sent to our servers.

文字起こしにはAppleのSpeechフレームワーク、話者分析にはオンデバイスのFluidAudioライブラリ、 翻訳にはAppleのTranslationフレームワーク、要約にはApple Intelligence（Foundation Models）を 使用しています。いずれも端末内で完結する処理で、音声データや文字起こし結果が外部サーバーへ 送信されることはありません。
Transcription uses Apple's Speech framework, speaker detection uses the on-device FluidAudio library, translation uses Apple's Translation framework, and summarization uses Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models). All of these run entirely on your device - your audio and transcripts are never transmitted to an external server.
文字起こし結果やプロジェクトファイルは端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存されます。iCloudなどの クラウドサービスとの同期は行っていません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から 削除されます。
Transcripts and project files are stored in the app's local storage on your device. Voxtext does not sync data to iCloud or any other cloud service. Deleting the app removes this data from your device as well.
iPhone・iPad版のVoxtextは、Google AdMobによる広告表示を含みます。AdMobは広告配信のために デバイス情報を利用する場合があります。Voxtext自体はトラッキング許可（App Tracking Transparency）をリクエストしておらず、パーソナライズ広告のためにユーザーを他アプリを 横断して追跡することはありません。AdMobの詳細については Googleのプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。Mac版には広告は含まれません。
The iPhone/iPad version of Voxtext includes advertising via Google AdMob, which may use device information to serve ads. Voxtext itself does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other apps for personalized advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on AdMob. The Mac version contains no advertising.
Mac版の買い切り購入は、AppleのStoreKitフレームワークを通じて処理されます。決済情報は Appleが管理し、当社が取得することはありません。
The Mac version's one-time unlock purchase is processed through Apple's StoreKit framework. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple; we never receive or store it.
当社が個人を特定できる情報を第三者へ販売・共有することはありません。広告表示のために AdMod（iPhone/iPad版のみ）と通信する場合がありますが、音声データや文字起こし結果が 共有されることはありません。
We do not sell or share personally identifiable information. The app may communicate with AdMob (iPhone/iPad version only) to serve ads, but your audio and transcripts are never shared with it or any other third party.
保存したプロジェクトは「最近の解析」からいつでも個別に、またはまとめて削除できます。 アプリを削除すると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。
Saved projects can be deleted individually or all at once from the Recent Projects list at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

本アプリは文字起こし結果やプロジェクトファイルを端末内に保存しますが、デバイスの故障・誤操作などに起因してデータが消失した場合、当社は一切の責任を負いません。ユーザーご自身で必要に応じてバックアップ（書き出し）を行うようお願いします。
The app stores transcripts and project files locally on your device; however, Vision Structure assumes no liability for any data loss arising from device failure or user error. Please export a copy of anything important as a backup.
