Your data syncs securely to your iCloud account. You may delete all records at any time from Settings › Delete Data.

Data are stored using iOS encrypted storage and transmitted over HTTPS. With your permission, HealthKit data (e.g., body weight and body fat) may also be written to your Health database.

We do not store any personal data on our own servers; all information resides solely on your device and, if enabled, in your encrypted iCloud storage.
