ファイルの内容、ファイル名、パスワード、作成したZIPを、Vision Structureのサーバーや第三者へ送信することはありません。
BriZip processes the files and folders you select on your device. It does not send file contents, file names, passwords, or created ZIP files to Vision Structure’s servers or to third parties.
1. このポリシーが対象とするもの / Scope
このポリシーは、Vision Structureが提供するmacOS用アプリケーション「BriZip」に適用されます。vision-structure.comのウェブサイトについては、ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

2. 収集・送信しない情報 / Information We Do Not Collect or Transmit
BriZipにはアカウント作成、広告、利用状況分析、行動追跡、クラッシュレポート送信の機能はありません。次の情報をVision Structureまたは第三者が取得・保存・送信することはありません。
- 選択またはドラッグ＆ドロップしたファイル・フォルダ、ZIPの内容、ファイル名、ファイルのメタデータ
- ZIPの作成・解凍時に入力したパスワード
- デバイスID、広告ID、位置情報、連絡先、利用状況
BriZip has no accounts, advertising, usage analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting transmission. Vision Structure and third parties do not receive, store, or transmit the files and folders you select, ZIP contents, file names, metadata, ZIP passwords, device or advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or usage data.
3. 端末内で扱う情報 / Information Processed Locally
BriZipは、ユーザーが選んだファイルまたはフォルダへのアクセス権を使い、ZIPの作成または解凍を端末内で行います。作成したZIPや解凍したファイルは、ユーザーが選んだ保存先（元の場所、デスクトップ、ダウンロード、指定フォルダ、または保存ダイアログで選んだ場所）に保存されます。
アプリの設定（圧縮率、保存先、文字コード方針など）は、端末内のアプリ設定として保存されます。指定フォルダを保存先に選んだ場合、そのフォルダへのアクセスを再起動後も維持するため、macOSのsecurity-scoped bookmarkを端末内に保存します。これはフォルダへのアクセス権を表す情報であり、外部へ送信されません。
BriZip uses the access you grant to create or extract ZIP files on your device. Created archives and extracted files are saved to the location you choose: the original location, Desktop, Downloads, a selected folder, or a location chosen in a save dialog.
App settings, such as compression level, output location, and filename-encoding choices, are stored locally. When you choose a custom output folder, BriZip stores a macOS security-scoped bookmark locally so it can retain the folder permission after a restart. This permission record is never transmitted.
4. パスワード / Passwords
パスワード付きZIPを作成または解凍するために入力したパスワードは、処理のためにメモリ内でのみ扱います。「終了するまでパスワードを記憶」を有効にした場合も、アプリの実行中だけメモリ内に保持され、アプリを終了すると破棄されます。パスワードを永続的に保存したり、外部へ送信したりすることはありません。
Passwords entered to create or extract encrypted ZIP files are handled in memory only. If you enable “Remember the password until BriZip quits,” the password remains in memory only for the current app session and is discarded when the app quits. BriZip does not persist or transmit passwords.
5. 権限 / Permissions
BriZipはApp Sandboxを有効にしています。ファイルやフォルダには、ユーザーがドラッグ＆ドロップまたはファイル選択で指定した範囲でのみアクセスします。ダウンロードフォルダを保存先に選んだ場合はそのための書き込み権限を使い、指定フォルダを保存先にする場合は、ユーザーがmacOSの選択画面で明示的に許可したフォルダだけにアクセスします。
BriZip uses App Sandbox. It accesses files and folders only within the scope you explicitly select through drag and drop or the file picker. If you choose Downloads as an output location, it uses the permission for that folder. A custom output folder is accessible only after you explicitly approve that folder in the macOS picker.
6. 第三者提供・追跡 / Sharing and Tracking
BriZipは、ファイルや個人情報を第三者へ販売、共有、提供しません。第三者の広告SDK、分析SDK、トラッキングSDKを使用しません。また、アプリ内でネットワーク通信を行いません。
BriZip does not sell, share, or provide your files or personal information to third parties. It uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and the app does not make network connections.
7. 削除と管理 / Deletion and Control
作成したZIPと解凍したファイルは、ユーザーが選んだ保存先にある通常のファイルです。不要になった場合はFinderから削除してください。指定した保存先フォルダは、アプリの設定から別のフォルダへ変更できます。アプリを削除すると、アプリのローカル設定と保存済みのフォルダ権限は端末から削除されますが、ユーザーが保存先に作成したZIPや解凍済みファイルは自動では削除されません。
Created ZIP files and extracted files are ordinary files in the location you chose; delete them from Finder when no longer needed. You can change the custom output folder in BriZip’s settings. Deleting the app removes its local settings and saved folder permissions, but does not automatically remove ZIP files or extracted files that you saved elsewhere.
